A mesh tray made for burger buns. The mesh lets hot air in and moisture out, so the buns bake evenly with crisp bases.
Crisper is part of the Cooksmart Signature bakeware range. The trays are meshed carbon steel in a deep Twilight blue, with a PFOA free non stick coating, and the holes in the mesh let steam escape so bakes come out crisp and browned.
