A mesh tray for rolls, buns and small individual loaves. The mesh lets hot air in and moisture out, so the bases brown instead of going soft.
Crisper is part of the Cooksmart Signature bakeware range. The trays are meshed carbon steel in a deep Twilight blue, with a PFOA free non stick coating, and the holes in the mesh let steam escape so bakes come out crisp and browned. MES Direct is the Cooksmart representative in the south of Ireland and across the European Union.
