Addis is one of the oldest housewares names in Britain. It was founded in 1780 by William Addis, who is credited with making the first mass-produced toothbrush, and in 1964 Addis Housewares was set up to focus on products for the home.
Today Addis is independently owned and based in Bridgend, Wales, and still stands for value, quality and innovation: practical, well designed products for the kitchen, cleaning, laundry, waste and recycling that are made to last.
