A black 39cm roasting tin with high edges and a removable iron rack on raised feet. The rack lifts meat and vegetables out of the fat so the heat reaches all round them. The tin has a two layer non stick coating, made without PFOA, and the rack is non stick coated too. Cooksmart says it is dishwasher safe.
