A 28cm deep frying pan in deep raspberry. The deep sides give room to sear and stir while keeping spills and splatters off the hob, and a generous spout lets you pour off liquid cleanly. Like the rest of the Signature pans it is heavy duty cast aluminium with an ivory speckled non stick coating.
